  2. Thanks for the video! I was disappointed I did not get to see camper (and you!) when you guys were in Hayward.

  3. Can you get this conversion on the East Coast?

  4. Sorry, right now I think it's still a smaller operation and they are doing the conversion in San Diego. You could email the guys at Ursa Minor to see if they have plans to expand any time soon or if there are any other options.

  7. Wow, I love this E-camper concept on a Honda-Element. One important question comes to mind. If modification was done to the vehicle, would this void Honda's warranty? Especially if it's on the other side of the border...Canada?

  8. Hmmm - good question - I would contact the Ecamper people directly to ask them if they know. http://www.ursaminorvehicles.com/camper.htm

  9. Not trying to be offensive, but just a reminder that Westfalia has been doing this (and much better IMHO), for the last 30+ years. Regards,

  10. Thanks for sharing... I'm dreaming about a roadtrip sometime. Modding a Honda Element in this way seems to add a lot of convenience to reliability. Have you had any problems with the rig so far?

    Keep enjoying your trip!

  11. Hey Ricardo,

The car and the modifications have been pretty much problem free. We really love the camper, and think the Ursa Minor guys did a fantastic job. We didn't use it that much in Peru or Bolivia, since camping wasn't a big thing there, but Chile and Argentina have been great in terms of wonderful camping.

Definitely take a road trip soon - it's been an amazing experience.
